Self Defence

Today the year 7/8 girls did self defence. we learnt how to kick the right way and what we should do if someone came at us. We were told stories about girl that have taken this self defence class and that they had stop someone from kidnapping them. I was really happy to know that even girls my age can self defend them self's. Thanks to Rosie that put this whole thing together and thanks to Lynda who had been a great teacher can't wait for the next class.
